New Delhi: Uniqlo, the Japanese fashion apparel brand, announced the opening of its new store in Faridabad next month.
The latest store is set to open on the 15th of December, the company announced in a press release on Thursday.
Spread across 8000 sq. ft. the new store will be the first in the city of Faridabad and the eighth in the region of Delhi-NCR. Since its arrival in India in 2019, the Tokyo-based fashion retailer has operated 13 stores in the country in cities including Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Chandigarh, Lucknow and Mumbai.

“The new store will have something for every member of the family, and we look forward to providing the community with our thoughtfully designed, high quality, and functional apparel that makes people’s lives better,” said Tomohiko Sei, Chief Executive Officer, Uniqlo India, said in the company’s press statement.

The new Uniqlo store is set to open on the 15th of December at 11:00 a.m. IST (Indian Standard Time) and will feature exclusive offers on Fall/Winter items.
Tadashi Yanai opened the doors of the first Uniqlo store in June 1984 in Japan. Today the company has more than 3600 fast retailing stores across the world.
