New Delhi: Abu Dhabi based Dalma Mall won 8 prestigious awards for retail and marketing excellence demonstrating an unparalleled ability to succeed continually in setting standards of excellence, implementing innovation and creativity throughout the industry.

Dalma Mall was recognised with 5 Gold awards for its marketing excellence in categories such as ‘Public Relations’, ‘New/Emerging Technology’, ‘Grand Opening/ Expansion’, ‘NOI Enhancement-Operations Overall Team’ and ‘NOI Enhancement for Leasing’. In addition, the mall also bagged 3 Silver awards for marketing excellence under categories including ‘Cause Related Marketing’, ‘Customer Service Experience &/or Engagement’ and ‘NOI Enhancement – Marketing Sponsorship’.
