Manpasand Beverage Eyes Rs 1,000 Crore Sales by 2016

Indian fruit juice company Manpasand Beverage Private Limited (MBPL) aims to treble sales to Rs 1,000 crore by the FY 2016. MBPL sales crossed Rs 300 crore mark last fiscal. The company currently has its presence in more than 20 states, with a distribution and retail network of over 2 lakh outlets and over 2,000 dealers. The company has three manufacturing facilities, one each in Vadodara (Gujarat), Banaras (Uttar Pradesh) and Dehradun (Uttaranchal) with over 600 employees.

MBPL also has plans to ramp-up all its manufacturing facilities to meet the growing demand for its products in the coming months. The company is planning to set up a new facility in Vadodara, which it claims will be the largest fruit juice facility in India. To address the international demand, MBPL is also setting up a facility in Dubai to cater to the growing global market.

Speaking on the occasion, Dhirendra Singh, Chairman & Managing Director, Manpasand Beverages Private Limited, said: “We at Manpasand are planning to increase our national reach through partners and franchisees. Currently, the brand has significant presence across tier II and III cities. We have already surpassed the Rs 300 crore mark for the brand ‘Mango Sip’ in last fiscal, and we are aiming to touch Rs 1,000 crore mark in the next two years.”
The other products from the company include Guava Sip, Apple Sip and Litchee Sip in the fruit beverage segment.
