RMZ Corp, the Bangalore-based corporate real estate developer, has launched an innovative retail space with The Bay at their IT park, RMZ Infinity, on Old Madras Road, Bangalore. In a bid to add value to the workspace of clients, as well as to offer convenience and leisure to the employees at the IT Park, RMZ has come up with this retail space following extensive research and client feedback.

The Bay is spread across 65,000 square feet and houses a food court, speciality restaurants, two fine dining restaurants, a gymnasium, a bookstore, convenience stores, a supermarket, an ATM facility and a moneychanger. The 28,000 square feet food court at The Bay also doubles up as lunch area for all employees at RMZ Infinity. The anchors of this retail space are Café Coffee Day, McDonald’s, Foodworld and Odyssey. Incidentally, the 6,500 square feet CCD outlet is South India’s largest, and it’s for the first time that McDonald’s has opened an outlet at an IT Park.

The Bay at RMZ Infinity marks RMZ Corp’s entry into retail real estate. There are plans also to introduce The Bay at RMZ Ecospace, Kolkata, RMZ Ecospace, Bangalore, and RMZ Ecospace, Chennai, thus developing a total of 2.4 lakh square feet of retail space in the coming months.
