Bharti Retail has selected a multi-format retail structure. After a lot of consumer research the company has decided to have a three tier front-end retail model. Through this model the company aims to target consumers living within 1.5 km radius of its stores.

According to company officials, this model has been chosen keeping in consideration the pathetic state of infrastructure and transport facilities in most of the cities.
