Reliance Retail has plans to set up as many as 1,600 rural business hubs. These will be the one-stop shop for the rural community. These hubs will also offer technical and health services to farmers, besides other services.
Reliance Retail has plans to roll out these hubs by the end of this year. Others like the Future Group, Tata, ITC, Bharti, Murugappa, Shriram and Godrej are also betting big on agri-retail and rural services.
