Boat partners with Shoobhi Foundation to bring clean drinking water to Delhi-NCR

New Delhi: Consumer electronics brand Boat has partnered with Shoobhi Foundation, an NGO dedicated to providing clean and safe drinking water to the public and communities across Delhi NCR, a joint release said.

This initiative comes under Boat’s CSR initiatives, the release added.

Through this partnership, Boat will provide financial support to Shoobhi Foundation enabling it to provide easy access to clean and safe drinking water to the public. Water brand Wahter will act as the knowledge partner and distribution partner, providing drinking water in bottles to communities via special carts and strollers. Considering the environmental impact of discarded bottles, the brand has decided to use 100% recyclable bottles.

“Access to clean drinking water is a fundamental human right, and we are proud to partner with Shoobhi Foundation to address this critical need in our backyard,” Aman Gupta, Co-founder & CMO, Boat, said.

Wahter is backed by certifications from industry authorities and is the bearer of FSSAI, ISO, and various other quality assurances that attest to their unwavering dedication to delivering the purest form of hydration.

Boat which was founded in 2016 is a consumer electronics brand in India, offering a wide range of audio wearables, smart electronics, mobile accessories, and lifestyle products.

A division of the Shiva Group, founded in 1987, Wahter was founded by Amitt Nenwani and Kashiish A Nenwani and aims to revolutionize the marketing industry.
