French sea-based professional brand, Thalgo`s Exceptional Eyes is an eye contour fluid which promises to ease out fine lines, crow’s feet and wrinkles from around the eyes. It claims to be pcked with ingredients, such as N.A.H, marine extracts, mango butter and wheat germ oil, which are responsible for the hydrating, soothing and comforting properties of this fluid.
