Sephora, France-based wellness major, is all set to open its first store in Singapore. The proposed store will also witness company’s maiden entry to Southeast Asia. Further, the company plans to open stores in India and Malaysia in near future.
Ravi Thakran, president — South, Southeast Asia and Australia — Sephora, said, “I believe in the vibrancy of Singapore— be it the policy initiatives or the zeal of the people. We plan to open two to three more stores in Singapore in the next year and we are in talks with new and existing shopping malls.”
Currently, Sephora is operational with about 1,000 stores across 24 countries in the world.
