Bhopal gets its first The Body Shop

Cosmetics and toiletries brand The Body Shop (TBS) is on an expansion spree. It has opened an outlet at DB Mall in Bhopal – its second in the state of Madhya Pradesh. There is one already at Treasure Island Mall in Indore. A recent official announcement said that over the next few months, The Body Shop was planning to open more stores in tier II and III cities across the country. The brand, which promises to offer naturally inspired and ethically produced products, operates more than 2,500 stores in over 60 markets across the globe. In India, it now has 56 stores. Quest Retail Pvt. Ltd., part of Planet Retail, is the master franchise for TBS in India.
