Travel gear brand Urban Jungle forays into offline retail

Bengaluru: New-age travel gear brand Urban Jungle has entered offline retail space, with the launch of its first-ever exclusive retail store at Phoenix Market City mall, Pune, a press release said on Friday.

The store offers entire Urban Jungle range, including luggage, backpacks, and travel accessories. In-store exclusives such as personalised luggage (launching July 2025) and curated collections are designed to deepen engagement and drive footfall.

“Even as a digitally-first brand, our approach has always been omnichannel,” said Tanisha Jatia, Brand Lead, Urban Jungle. “For us, luggage is a tactile product you want to feel the weight, test the product, and experience the design. From day one, we knew this had to be experienced in person, and that’s why we’re thrilled to bring our first exclusive store to life in Pune. We have built on the success of our digital-first model, grown through real-time feedback, and are now ready to offer the full Urban Jungle experience in-store.”

Launched in 2023, Urban Jungle has rapidly scaled by combining standout design with smart functionality tailored for India’s young, mobile consumers.

With a fast-growing community of modern travelers, Urban Jungle is on track to achieve Rs 100 crore in annual recurring revenue and is actively scaling its offline presence.

The brand plans to open over 15 exclusive brand outlets (EBOs) across key metros cities over the next 12 months.
