New Delhi: Value fashion and lifestyle products retailer V-Mart Retail Ltd. has opened a new store on Thursday at Gravity Mall, Kankarbagh, Patna, according to a social media post by a company official.
“With great honour, we are announcing the successful grand opening of our brand new V-Mart store in Gravity Mall Kankarbagh main road Patna on 11th Jan 2024. Your presence and good wishes will encourage us to strive for success,” wrote Manoj Kumar, Zonal Business Head, V-Mart Retail, on LinkedIn while sharing pictures of the store.
V-Mart Retail currently has 423 stores spread across 273 cities and 27 states. The company primarily operates in Tier-II and Tier-III cities with a chain of ‘value retail’ departmental stores offering apparel, general merchandise and groceries.
It was originally incorporated as Varin Commercial Private Limited in July 2002 in West Bengal. In October 2003, the company opened its first store by the name of V-Mart in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
