Puratos India Launches India’s First Whole Wheat Bread Mix


Puratos claims to have launched India’s first whole wheat bread mix called the TegralPuravita Whole Wheat Bread. The company also introduced Carat Coverdark Compound at the recently held AAHAR international food and hospitality fair in Delhi.

Commenting on the new products, Dhiren Kanwar, Country Head, Puratos India, said: “We are here to make a difference to the industry and to our customers, to help add value to their businesses. This year we have launched two new products at Aahar 2014,TegralPuravita Whole Wheat Mix, a 100 percent whole wheat mix, following the global trend and the Carat Coverdark Compound chocolate which is a high quality range of compound chocolate for the professional especially for Ganache. On the corporate front, Puratos India will be launching two new innovation centres in the coming year, one at Delhi and another at Bangalore. We will thus be focussing on training and development of our customers to help them grow their business and be more profitable.. We have launched close to 75 products across three verticals Bakery, Patisserie, and Chocolate.”

Puratos India’s TegralPuravita Whole Wheat Mix contains fibres and nutrients for a healthy balanced diet while the Carat Coverdark Compound is a compound chocolate for truffle.
