Indus League crosses 100 store mark

Indus League, a lifestyle brand marketing firm which is a part of the Future Group, recently celebrated the opening of its 100th store in the country at Ascendas Park Square, Bangalore. The outlet is spread over 386 sq.ft.

Speaking on the occasion, Rakesh Singh Kathayat, Chief – Retail and Distribution, Indus League, said: “We are delighted with the excellent progress made by Indus League over the years. Opening our 100th exclusive store is a tremendous milestone for the company. We are also looking at tier 2 and 3 cities for further expansion through the franchise route.”

The company is targeting sales of Rs 500 crore this fiscal and is expected to achieve a growth of 40 to 50 percent in the next year.

Headquartered in Bangalore, Indus League entered the market in 1999 marketing brands such as Indigo Nation, Scullers, Urban Yoga, Jealous 21, John Miller, Urbana, Headquarters, and Daniel Hechter. Its brands are also retailed out of all Pantaloon outlets across India. The apparel firm has nationwide presence of 100 exclusive stores, shop-in-shops in national chain stores and 300-350 multi-brand outlets. At present, the company’s majority stake is bought by Future Group.
