The promoter of Bank of Rajasthan and KSL Realty and Infrastructure, the Tayal family, is planning its foray in luxury retailing. According to the plan, the Tayal family will roll out high-end luxury flagship stores called K Lifestyle. This venture will be promoted by the Navin Kumar Tayal enterprise, Krishna Lifestyle Technologies (KLTL).
The first store will spread over 20,000 square feet and will roll out in Lower Parel in Mumbai. The company plans to roll out 50 outlets spreads over 20,000 to 1 lakh square feet. These stores will be opened in Mumbai, Kolhapur, Silvasa, Nagpur and Pune, among others, in coming three years.
The stores will sell luxury brands like Tom Ford, Tommy Hilfiger, Roberto Cavalli, Calvin Klein and Fendi.
