Bare International currently performs retail evaluations in over 100 countries across the globe Prior to Bare International, Verdia spent over nine years working with American Express in varied roles enhancing the service capability of the brand in India and the Asia Pacific region. He received his masters from Mumbai University and also holds a degree in International MBA from the prestigious IE Business School in Spain.

As a specialist in crafting and delivering superior customer experiences, Verdia feels his biggest professional challenge has been to convince brand managers that improving customer service is not an expense but an investment. “To achieve full potential, Indian retailers must understand that you cannot manage customer service if you can’t measure it,” he asserts.
