World’s Oldest Supermodel to Strut Her Stuff for Digital Fashion Week

Carmen Dell’Orefice, 83-year-old is slated to be one of the stars of Singapore’s Digital Fashion Week, taking place Oct 31 to Nov 3, 2014. The fashion icon scored her first Vogue cover at age15 and has not slowed down since. She will be featured exclusively in the show by homegrown designer Max Tan, and will also be participating in a Google Hangout with Tan after the show.

Digital Fashion Week showcases fashion designers through events and digital platforms in Asia, and the 2014 edition will also feature designers Christiano Burani and Fyodor Golan, stylist Rebekah Roy, and Jourdan Miller, winner of the latest season of America’s Next Top Model, as well as Sheena Liam who won the Asian edition of the Next Top Model franchise.

Homegrown designers will also share the spotlight. Featured Singapore labels include In Good Company. CYC and Depression. Veteran designer Thomas Wee, known as King of the Jacket for his tailoring skills, will also present his first menswear collection.
