    , the footwear specialty store of , is set to expand in India. Talking exclusively to IndiaRetailing, , chief executive, Reliance Footprint says, “The places where we are set to open our stores include Jabalpur, Amritsar, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Belgaum, Vijayawada, Mysore, Coimbatore, Gurgaon, Raipur, Mumbai, Bhubaneshwar.”

    Recently, the brand opened its 4,500 square feet store in Bangalore at mall. “We can’t specify the exact amount but generally speaking the costs can vary anywhere between Rs.1,500 per sq.ft to Rs.2,000 per sq.ft on carpet area,” informs Sankar. Currently, Reliance Footprint has 18 stores in India including Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi, Noida, Ludhiana, Mangalore, Mumbai, Jaipur, Jullunder, Vizag, Nasikh, Ahmedabad, Vadodara and Bangalore. Sharing the projected turnover of Reliance Footprint, Sankar adds, “We are targeting to achieve a 15 per cent market share in the organised footwear market in the next five years.”

    The store offer over 50 international, national and including Buckaroo, Franco Leone, Ganuchi, , Luciano, Piccadilly, Rocia, , towlips, Viviana for women, and Hi Attitude, Levis, , Mardi Gras, Spiderman for Kids, Adidas, Admiral, Fila, , Monza, Nike, Puma, , Bonjour, Celestial Horse, Helios, Hunt, Just Jane, Kara, Murcia, Jute shop and brands like Dr Scholls, Adda, Frisbee, Tendersole, Mancini, Tosca & Viviana etc.
