In an initiative to come closer to the customers, Big Bazaar, the hypermarket chain of Kishore Biyani-led Future Group, has been known to set up Customer Advisory Boards (CABs) to learn customer feedback. Initially, the project will be implemented in select Big Bazaar stores in Mumbai.
However, when contacted, Damodar Mall, group customer director, Future Group said, “It is just an idea right now and we are implementing it in 3-4 Big Bazaar stores in Mumbai. Hope it will help us know the customer expectations and we will accordingly implement their suggestions in our future plan.”
Meanwhile, he did not mention further detail about the plan and said: “I think a couple of months down the line, we can able to talk about details”.
CABs will consist of 8-10 people who will held meetings, take feedback from people. The reports will be further assessed and implemented by executives to develop better customer relationships.
