    PepsiCo India firms up distribution strategy

    India has formulated a distribution strategy for its carbonated soft drinks (CSDs) and non-carbonated products. The company wants its products like and Gatorade to have much wider retail presence.

    PepsiCo will launch new products to address whole grain needs in the Indian diet, fruits and vegetables gaps, and create familiar Indian breakfast recipes healthier with oats

    At present Pepsi has juice brand Tropicana, juice drink Slice and sports drink Gatorade in its stable. Company insiders say that plans to launch more juice drinks are in place. Snacks division of the company also has plans to launch healthier snacks.
