Catwalk marks footprint in Bhopal

Premium footwear brand Catwalk has recently made its debut in Bhopal with a 600-sq.ft outlet at DB Mall. The company is looking at expanding its presence in central India through shop-in-shops and standalone stores.

An official communiqué by the company said Catwalk was targeting more than 50 points of sale in central India by March 2012.

The expansion through shop-in-shop outlets, the company said, would be through large-format stores and existing partners including Shoppers Stop and Lifestyle. Besides, it also plans to explore local retailers to cater to its target customers.

Catwalk, which began its journey in the Indian footwear industry in 1990, is targeting a turnover of Rs.5 billion by FY 2014-15.
