New Delhi: Surface decor brand Dorby has launched its first ‘Dorby experience center’ in Delhi, according to a press release shared on Wednesday. Located in Kirti Nagar, the store is appointment-only and offers personalized customer experience.
Mehul Agarwal, director and chief executive officer, Dorby, said, “In today’s world where digitization has taken center stage, we still believe in the significance of tactile experience. With this experience center, we are not just selling products, we are creating an immersive experience for the A&D (architects and designers) community and consumers. Our center is designed to emphasize the importance of touch and feel. Here, customers can immerse themselves in experiencing our products firsthand and making informed decisions.”
He called the launch of the store as a “win-win” situation which will act as a marketing hub for the brand’s stores in Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh.
The appointment-based system guarantees that each visitor, whether a customer or an architect, receives undivided attention from the representative, the release said.
Dorby further plans to expand its footprint with upcoming experience centers of the same concept in Mumbai, Chennai, and Kolkata.
Dorby is a subsidiary of Asiatic Imperia Pvt Ltd which was founded in 1991. The brand offers different kinds of luxury laminates.
