    Shoppers Stop gets stronger in West Bengal


    Department store chain has recently launched a store at Junction Mall in Durgapur. This is ’s fourth store in West Bengal.

    The 33,000 sq.ft outlet, spreads across three levels, offers customers an expansive retail experience. Emphasis is given to customer convenience with customer-friendly signage, spacious trial rooms, alteration desk, customer service desk with complementary gift-wrapping service and the ‘First Citizens’ members’ lounge, to name a few.

    Speaking on the store launch, , customer care associate & managing director, Shopper’s Stop Ltd, said, “We already have a sizeable base of loyal customers at Durgapur, who travel to our nearby Kolkata stores.
