Mad about China, Madras Mail and Indian Tadka, the three brands owned by Red Ginger Hospitality India Pvt Ltd, are all set to come to Vadodara. The three franchisee restaurants are scheduled to be launched on July 17, 2009 at the Seven Seas Mall in Vadodara.
Speaking to IndiaRetailing, Neha Ahuja, head of marketing at Red Ginger Hospitality, said, “These brands are new to Vadodara and are currently present in Chandigarh and Lucknow.”
“We expect revenues of Rs 1.80 crore from the three restaurants at Vadodara in the first year of operation.”
Elaborating the expansion plans of Red Ginger Hospitality, Ahuja stated, “Our expansion plans are in full swing. By the end of this year we are looking at 25 more outlets being operational.”
“Currently we are working on projects in Hyderabad, Chandigarh, Mumbai and Kanpur. Apart from this we would be looking at locations in NCR, Patiala, Amritsar, Udaipur etc. The formats for these stores are express counters and standalone outlets,” stated Ahuja.
The average size for both formats would be anywhere between 700 to 1200 square feet of area respectively.
