    Hard Rock Cafe to open in Pune next week


    Globally renowned Hard Rock Café (HRC), promoted by food and beverages company, in India, will now open its doors to the public in Pune on December 10, but without its trademark bar, atleast for the time being. JSM will also launch Shiros, the in-house Japanese restaurant in UB City Mall, Bengaluru, simultaneously, said a company official.

    Commenting on the development, Jay Singh, managing director, JSM Corporation said, “The ongoing slowdown and the expected correction in the real estate business besides the drop in steel and labour costs will be beneficial for us to expand our footprint in the metros.”

    Presently, HRC is present in Mumbai, Bengaluru and at the Hyderabad International Airport. “The plans include expanding HRC, the Singapore-based restaurant and bar brand and Shiros to other metros besides introducing several other brands in fine dining”, added Singh.
