    HUL appoints new VC


    Hindustan Unilever (HUL), one of India’s largest FMCG marketers, in its annual general meeting has appointed D Sundaram as the new vice chairman of the company. Sundaram was previously working as HUL’s director (finance and IT).

    Besides, Dhaval Buch, executive director (supply chain), will join the company’s board as a director.

    Addressing the media after the meeting, company chairman Harish Manwani said, “We have made specific choices based on the needs of the company. Their capabilities and skills will help us achieve our goals.”
