Oracle retail crosses 100 successful applications

Oracle Retail has completed more than 100 successful implementation of its applications with its global retail customers so far this year.

Among the retailers who have gone live on Oracle Retail applications include Wal-Mart, Zale Corporation, Dress Barn, Orscheln Farm and Home, Perry Ellis International and Goody’s Family Clothing.

Retailers are deploying Oracle Retail solutions to support merchandising, store operations, inventory, pricing and supply chain to deliver value to their businesses and gain competitive advantage.

Oracle has experienced significant momentum in emerging markets with its Retail applications being installed in nearly 30 countries across the globe and in a wide range of retail sectors including department stores, specialty retail, grocery and hardlines.

Oracle has the most complete footprint for retail and possesses all the
key components – database, middleware, and applications – needed to
transform a retail business.
