Star Bazaar, in its continued efforts to provide a great shopping trip to its customers, has announced ‘Quick Queue – The Green Line Revolution’, an exceptional customer service initiative to help customers have a great shopping experience. Shoppers at Star Bazaar will now no longer need to be in long and endless billing queues! This initiative will commence at all the 11 Star Bazaar stores across India.
Speaking at the occasion, Jamshed Daboo, CEO, Trent Hypermarket, said, “We are happy to go this extra mile for our customers, who have told us that they want to have a great experience while they shop with us. The last thing they want is to spend time at the billing counters after their shopping. We are happy to be the first Indian retailer to provide this facility.”
This exciting initiative is in line with Star Bazaar’s promise to its customers of ‘I Don’t Queue’. A Green line will be drawn at a distance of 6.5 ft from the counters at the stores and if there are customers beyond the line, a new billing counter will be opened till all the operational billing counters are opened. The stores will have specially appointed ‘Queue Champions’ to assist customers & ensure ‘no long queues’ at the billing counters.
