Famous Famiglia, the US-based pizza chain is all set to open its outlet in India at the Bangalore Airport soon. The company, according to reports, will follow franchisee route for its expansion across the country.
The company is focusing on setting up stores at transit locations, besides malls and high streets as part of its initial phase of development.
Giorgio Kolaj, co-founder and executive vice president, Famous Famiglia, said, “In the first phase, the company would be targeting metros and tier I cities including Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai.”
The brand is currently operational in countries including the United States, Mexico and some Asian and European countries.
