Retailers gather for a meet at Neptune Magnet Mall

Neptune Magnet Mall, a retail venture of the Neptune Group, has recently hosted a Retailers’ meet welcoming a healthy turnout of retailers. The much-awaited Neptune Magnet Mall is counting days before its grand launch.

All anchors of Neptune Magnet Mall have already commenced fit-outs, including Easdyday, GETLOST and McDonald’s among others, in preparation for the grand launch of the Neptune Magnet Mall, which is scheduled for August 15, 2011, with Easyday having planned their launch in the first week of July. The mall is almost 75 per cent leased and about 10 per cent of the remaining space is under final negotiations.

Speaking at the occasion, Nayan Bheda,CMD, Neptune Magnet Mall said,“The key ingredient in the making of the Mall has been our passion to create a successful mall with sustainable and win-win situations between us and the retailers.” He further emphasised on the unique tenant mix and USP’s created in the Mall which would set new benchmarks in the industry.

Beyond Squarefeet, a boutique mall advisory company, which is hand holding the project developed by Neptune group, had organised the Retailer Meet which was attended by more than 200 retailers from across the country.

Making a presentation on the status and USPs of the Mall, Susil Dungarwal, chief mall mechanic, Beyond Squarefeet said,“The challenge in this project has been to ensure the right zoning and tenant mix for the consumers of the primary catchment, which we have successfully implemented in this mammoth retail venture.”
