New Delhi: Beauty brand Simply Nam founded by celebrated celebrity makeup artist Namrata Soni, has announced a investment led by the Bhaane Group, marking a pivotal milestone in the brand’s growth journey. The capital infusion will enable Simply Nam to expand its product portfolio, scale operations, and more than double its Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) over the next year, the company said in a release on Wednesday.

With this investment, Simply Nam aims to:

  • Launch new and innovative product lines

  • Deepen its educational content initiatives

  • Strengthen its omnichannel presence across India

  • Continue championing Made-in-India excellence in beauty

Having doubled its customer base over the last year and maintaining a 40% returning customer rate, Simply Nam currently averages an MRR of Rs 2 crore. The brand has scaled rapidly across digital and quick-commerce platforms, including Nykaa, Amazon, Myntra, Tira Beauty, Zepto, and Blinkit.

Founded in 2020 by Namrata Soni in collaboration with Hanna Strömgren Khan, Co-Founder of the Bozzil Group, Simply Nam is built on decades of experience and a deep understanding of Indian women’s beauty needs. All products are formulated from scratch in India—never sourced off-the-shelf—reflecting the duo’s commitment to authenticity, innovation, and high performance.
