Located at M3M Atrium, Sector 57, the restaurant offers a selection of southern coast dishes
Bengaluru: Quick service restaurant (QSR) chain The Malabar Coast has unveiled its newest outlet in Gurugram at M3M Atrium, Sector 57, a press release said.
The launch event witnessed a turnout of food connoisseurs, influencers, and special guests who were treated to a culinary journey inspired by the coasts of Kerala, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu.
“We are elated to bring the soul of South India’s coastlines to the ever-expanding city – Gurugram,” said Satish Bhatia, Co-Founder, The Malabar Coast. “This outlet marks an additional chapter in our journey of celebrating regional flavours and offering our patrons an immersive cultural and culinary experience. With this new outlet, we aim to set a new benchmark in regional dining by offering a refined, authentic, and enriching food experience in the heart of the city.”
The restaurant offers a selection of southern coast inspired dishes such as Thalassery Veg and Chicken Biryanis, Ghee Podi Idly, Dahi ke Kabab, Paneer Andhra Style, Chicken Kerala Sukka, Chettinad Chicken Tikka, Sri Lankan Chicken Curry, Malabar Prawn Curry, Vegetable Stew, Paneer Chettinad and Coconut Payasam.
The Malabar Coast by The Appumm House was established in 2020 by Satish Bhatia and Priyanka Tiwari. As an extension of The Appumm House, the restaurant brings traditional recipes from the coasts of Kerala, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu to life, offering a culinary experience rooted in authenticity and cultural heritage.
