All merchants at IndiMarket are trained through multiple modes to use the ShopClues interface for uploading their products, pricing, description mapping and quantity updating, shipping and other operational guidance to ensure that they have a smooth seller experience on the e-commerce platform.

ShopClues has been working closely with government bodies and associations which are working with SMEs and indigenous artisans and are promoting rural entrepreneurship. “The association with government bodies is empowering small and medium businesses, local manufacturers, traders and craftsmen to participate in India’s e-commerce revolution without the interference of middlemen,” Aggarwal was further quoted by ANI as saying.

Besides an overwhelming consumer response, IndiMarket has also been seeing a positive response from merchants. Since a lot of merchants on the platform are first-time sellers on e-commerce, the initial trust issues or concerns with registration and selling are continuously resolved by dedicated account management experts who keep up constant interactions to ensure a positive relationship.
