Migsun Group leases mall space to Cinepolis in Delhi’s Rohini

New Delhi: Real estate developer Migsun Group has leased 40,000 sq. ft. space to multiplex chain Cinepolis at Migsun Rohini Central, Rohini Sector 22, Delhi at a rental value of Rs 46 lakh, according to a press release shared on Thursday.

The covered area of the multiplex is 32,000 sq ft.

Yash Miglani, managing director, Migsun Group, said, “We are delighted to welcome Cinepolis to Migsun Rohini Central. This alliance aligns with our vision of creating dynamic spaces that enhance the entertainment experiences of our patrons. Cinepolis’ cutting-edge offerings will undoubtedly elevate the overall visits at Migsun Rohini Central, making it a sought-after destination for leisure and entertainment.”

In January this year, supermarket chain DMart by Avenue Supermarts also bought a 47,000 sq. ft. space in Migsun’s mall in Rohini for Rs 108 crore to set up a hypermarket store.

Migsun Group has developed real-estate landmarks in the education, residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality sectors in the NCR region. It currently has 12,000 customers in its portfolio.

Cinépolis entered India in 2009 as a fully owned subsidiary and as the first international movie exhibitor in the country. Since then, it has established a strong footprint with a total screen count of over 448 in over 98 multiplexes across 40 cities in the country.
