DMart buys space in Migsun’s upcoming mall in Rohini

New Delhi: Supermarket chain DMart by Avenue Supermarts has bought a 47,000 sq. ft. space in Migsun’s upcoming mall in Rohini, Delhi for Rs 108 crores, a release by the real estate company Migsun Group said.

DMart has acquired the project’s lower ground and first floors to set up a hypermarket store. The complex has a provision of 210 parking slots, elevators, 24×7 security, and power backup. MoU signing for the development is in progress.

“Strategically positioned in Sector 22, Rohini, in the heart of Delhi, our project is poised to be a game-changer in the commercial real estate sphere, boasting modern amenities, high-end facilities, and a prime location catering to the dynamic needs of businesses in the NCR,”  said Yash Miglani, managing director, Migsun Group.

Promoted by Radhakishan Damani and his family, DMart retails basic home and personal products across markets which include Maharashtra, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, Telangana, Chhattisgarh, NCR, Tamil Nadu, Punjab and Rajasthan. The total number of stores as of September 30, 2023 stood at 341.

The company got listed in the year 2017.
