Subramanian bids good bye to old recruiting methods

Founded by Ganesh Subramanian, former chief operating officer, Myntra, Stylumia Intelligence Technology is a data driven startup for job seekers.

In today’s world where there is a cut throat competition, the process has successfully replaced the old recruiting systems. Candidates will be given a time-regulated page with five multiple choice questions which they will answer in 20 minutes. It is only after reviewing the scores, they will further be called for a face to face interview by the organisation.

This process has come up as a great success with companies like TravelTriangle, Treebo Hotels, Letscorp and BankBazaar who have decided to save time on the long interview procedures and have adapted this new method.

Ganesh Subramanian said to The Economic Times “We saw a lot of time and effort wasted with traditional search methods. After internal discussions, we decided to use technology and started this process in January. Until now, 176 candidates have applied, out of which only nine have cleared the test.”
