FabFurnish.com Ties Up with Goonj, Donates Old Furniture

Online home store, FabFurnish.com has tied up with Goonj an NGO, to help the underprivileged beautify their homes by donating old furniture.

‘FabFurnish Exchange Offer’ has been initiated to encourage the urban populace for the good cause of giving away their old furniture to the deprived people in rural areas. In return, the donors will get to avail excellent discounts on the e-store’s new range of furniture at its partner showrooms in Gurgaon, Bangalore and Faridabad.

The campaign is valid only at the partner showrooms of FabFurnish.com. Every piece of old furniture can be redeemed for certain exchange credit points that will be adjusted in the placed order.

Delhi based NGO, Goonj, collects items like clothes, books, toys, and furniture and relief materials from urban cities, sorts it, and sends it to people in remote parts of the country as part of its various initiatives.

The campaign is valid on beds, sofa sets, wardrobes and dining table sets. Once donated, the furniture cannot be returned. A nominal fee of Rs. 500 will be charged for furniture pickup from home.
