1.Terms & Conditions

This clause shall survive the expiry or termination of this Agreement.

14. Payment Mode And Credit/Debit Card Details
All the payment must be made through Credit Card/ Debit Card or the mode specified thereby on the site. The User agree, understand and confirm that the credit, debit card details provided by user for availing of the Services will be correct and accurate, and the user shall not use the credit, debit card which is not lawfully owned by user.
User further agrees and undertakes to provide the correct and valid credit, debit card details to Retail Advising. Further the said information will be not be utilized and shared by Retail Advising with any of the third parties unless required by law, regulation or court order.

In addition, we can (and you hereby expressly authorize us to) disclose any information about you to law enforcement or other government officials, as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate in connection with the investigation and/or resolution of possible crimes, especially those that may involve personal injury.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of India.
18. Resolution of Disputes
If a dispute arises between you and Retail Advising, our goal is to provide you with a neutral and cost-effective means of resolving the dispute quickly. Accordingly, you and Retail Advising agree that you and Retail Advising will resolve any claim or controversy at law or equity that arises out of this Agreement or our Services in accordance with the subsections below or as we and you otherwise agree. Before resorting to these alternatives, we strongly encourage you to first contact us directly to seek a resolution.
Arbitration- In connection with any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, you and Retail Advising agree to arbitrate such dispute arising under this Agreement before a single arbitrator appointed mutually by you and Retail Advising. The arbitration shall take place at New Delhi. The arbitration shall be conducted under the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 or any amendment or re-enactment thereof. The arbitrator’s award will be final and non-appeal able, and the arbitrator shall be entitled to award the costs as considered appropriate and proper by the arbitrator. The cost of the arbitration shall be borne by both you and Retail Advising.
19. Termination
This User Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or Retail Advising. You may terminate this User Agreement at any time by discontinuing use of the Services.
Retail Advising may terminate this User Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the website, such termination will be without any liability to Retail Advising.
Upon any termination of the User Agreement by either you or Retail Advising:
· you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this website, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the User Agreement or otherwise.
· Any such termination of the User Agreement shall not cancel your obligation to pay for the product already ordered from the Site or affect any liability that may have arisen under the User Agreement.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under any applicable law, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, lawful, and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue to be in full force and effect. The failure of either party to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
21. Waiver
No failure or delay by Retail Advising in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms and Conditions shall operate as a waiver of such right, power, or remedy, nor shall any single or partial exercise preclude any further exercise of the same or of any other right, power, or remedy. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Retail Advising to be effective.

Any grievance or complaint must be submitted in writing via email or postal mail, detailing the nature of the complaint along with supporting documents, if any. The Company shall make reasonable efforts to resolve the grievance within [30] days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
23. No Shipping Policy:
· Dispatch and Delivery Timeline: The first issue of the subscribed magazine will be dispatched within two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of payment.
Subsequent issues will be dispatched on a monthly or bi-monthly basis, as per the subscription plan.
· Delivery Within India: Magazines will be delivered via Registered Post or Ordinary Post to the address provided by the subscriber.
Subscribers may opt for delivery via courier or hand delivery, subject to the payment of additional charges as applicable.
· International Delivery: Magazines destined for locations outside India will be delivered exclusively via courier.
The subscriber shall bear all applicable courier charges, which will be communicated at the time of subscription.
· General Terms: Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including postal delays, logistical issues, or force majeure events.
The Company shall not be liable for any delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the subscriber.
24. Refund and Cancelation
· Subscription Cancellation: Unless otherwise specified in a subscription offer or promotional terms at the time of purchase, subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time.
However, cancellation requests will not be entertained after 48 hours from the time of payment.
· Cancellation Within 48 Hours: If a cancellation request is made within 48 hours of payment, it will be subject to applicable cancellation charges.
The cancellation request must be submitted in writing to [insert email address] for Magazines, Books, or Research Reports.
· Refund Process: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 4-6 weeks from the date of receipt of complete bank details.
Any fees charged by the issuing bank or payment provider, including processing fees, shall be borne by the subscriber.
Retail’s total liability shall not exceed the subscription amount paid by the customer.
· Online Subscriptions:
No cancellation or refund requests shall be entertained for online subscriptions once the payment has been processed.
