The Sleep Company struggled with slow deliveries, with average fulfilment taking up to 120 hours, making even local deliveries frustratingly late. Fleet capacity utilisation rose to over 75% from less than half before, and the average delivery time reduced from 120 hours to 48 hours. Logistics costs were significantly lowered through optimised scheduling and routing. Customer escalations and complaints dropped sharply, damages became nearly zero due to robust in-house control, and both managers and end-customers enjoyed consistent, real-time visibility.
