In 2024, he further diversified the portfolio with the launch of Nasta Bazar, a quick-snack concept with three outlets, and The Goan Bakery, adding another flavourful dimension to the group’s offerings.

His innovative marketing strategies, paired with strong financial expertise, have not only propelled growth but also ensured sustained profitability. I enjoy being in retail because: I love engaging with people, offering them a variety of cuisines from around the world, and helping them find exactly what they need. It’s rewarding to create a positive shopping experience and see customers leave satisfied.

The biggest professional challenge I face is: Getting skilled manpower for stores.  

To achieve full potential, Indian retailers must: Embrace digital transformation, invest in supply chain efficiency, prioritise customer experience, and adopt data driven strategies to understand customer behaviour.  

I think my key professional accomplishments are: Consistently exceeding sales targets, leading a successful team, initiatives to improve customer service, and implementing innovative merchandising strategies that boost store performance.
