I enjoy being in retail because: I love engaging with people, offering them a variety of cuisines from around the world, and helping them find exactly what they need. It’s rewarding to create a positive shopping experience and see customers leave satisfied.
The biggest professional challenge I face is: Getting skilled manpower for stores.
To achieve full potential, Indian retailers must: Embrace digital transformation, invest in supply chain efficiency, prioritise customer experience, and adopt data driven strategies to understand customer behaviour.
