Mumbai: The two-day Phygital Retail Convention (PRC) 2025 in Mumbai concluded on a high note with the 21st edition of IMAGES Retail Awards 2025, celebrating excellence across India’s dynamic retail landscape.
This year’s ceremony spotlighted a diverse array of retailers making significant strides in their respective domains. Conscious Mithaiwala from Juhu, Mumbai, was lauded for its impressive same-store sales growth and its impactful digital campaign, ‘Savage Mom v/s Sons’. In the realm of overall topline growth, Tru Falafel and Bateel (by AP Group) shared the honors. Nature’s Basket received accolades for its exemplary Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives, while Madura Fashion & Lifestyle was recognised for its pioneering efforts in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. In retail design and experience, Allen Solly, Freshpik, Haldiram’s, IRTH The Yellow Door, and LoveChild by Masaba were acknowledged for setting new benchmarks in their respective categories.

The IMAGES Retail Awards were held at Phygital Retail Convention (PRC), India’s largest retail intelligence event with a mega format and experience.
