Kumar re-joins the company after a brief break, having previously been part of the K Raheja Realty family for almost 20 years
Bengaluru: Infiniti Malls, the retail arm of K Raheja Realty, has appointed Mukesh Kumar as the new Chief Executive Officer and Business Head – New Businesses, the company said in a press release.
With nearly three decades of experience in retail and hospitality, Kumar re-joins the company after a brief break, having previously been part of the K Raheja Realty family for almost 20 years.
In his new role, Kumar will manage operations, leasing, and marketing for Infiniti Mall in Malad and Andheri, two of Mumbai’s leading shopping destinations. His primary focus will be to enhance the customer experience through improved engagement, service optimization, and the integration of innovative technologies.
 “It was a very easy decision for me to make once I decided to move back to Mumbai. I have been associated with the company for nearly two decades, and I am fortunate to have a supportive promoter with whom I have worked very closely. The comfort of returning to a familiar environment makes the transition seamless,” said Kumar.
At Infiniti Mall, Malad, his strategy includes driving growth in sales and footfall by introducing new brands, upgrading offerings, and reintroducing an omni-channel approach to boost retail partner revenues. Marketing, promotions, and loyalty programs will also be a priority.
For Infiniti Mall, Andheri, Kumar’s plans include enriching the entertainment and F&B offerings, with fresh concepts and the anticipated launch of Dave & Buster’s. The goal is to make the mall a dynamic lifestyle destination, while leveraging technology to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Looking forward, Kumar also aims to expand Infiniti Malls further, with plans to push the brand’s growth and innovation in the retail space, capitalizing on his extensive industry expertise.
