Leanspoon, Truworth ink deal for corporate wellness services

LeanSpoon, a health food startup, and Truworth Wellness, a digital health and wellness company, have partnered to integrate health and wellness requirements for corporate workforce, a statement said on Monday.
LeanSpoon and Truworth Wellness’ The Wellness Corner, a web and mobile engagement platform, will enable users to order healthy and nutritionally-balanced meals that match up to their personal nutrition requirements.
Over the last seven months since it started trials, Leanspoon have delivered over 2,500 meals with a high customer retention rate of over 70 per cent, the company said.
Leanspoon is driven by over 20 nutritionists, culinary experts, MBAs and engineers to make nutrition advice and healthy food accessible.
With an accelerated growth rate of 50 per cent month on month since its inception, LeanSpoon helps people to achieve their health goals, through personalised nutrition that integrates nutrition and lifestyle advice with portion controlled tasty food — all connected to each user’s medical background, dietary patterns and health goals.
The Wellness Corner is a user friendly, comprehensive, highly personalised and fully integrated platform with a user base of one million corporate employees.
“We discovered great synergy in our partnership. Our approach to combine nutrition science and culinary arts to make tastier, healthy food that complements well with Truworth Wellness services to their clients,” said Co-Founder, Leanspoon, Gopi Krishna Lingala.
“This unique partnership has one core mission, which is fulfilling the needs of our customers, most of whom are millennials.
