Hard Rock Cafe has launched its first ever all-vegetarian menu with delicious offerings available for a limited time.
According to a ANI report: In keeping with vegetarian awareness month, the themed restaurant is expanding its legendary menu and is serving up fresh and satisfying vegetarian-friendly dishes and plant-based beverages, including Cauliflower Wings served Buffalo-style, a Grilled Ratatouille Wrap featuring grilled vegetables, Sriracha mayo and a Very Veggie Tini featuring a mix of fresh vegetable juice, Greek Yogurt and Tito’s Handmade Vodka.
The menu has gone live from October 1 and ends on October 31.
While the contemporary club usually has its meat lovers flocking to its outlets for its dishes, Hard Rock Cafe is now catering to its vegetarian patrons with mouth-watering innovative dishes and innovative veg-juiced concoctions.
The meatless menu endeavors to provide vegetarians with a wider range of options that will delight the palate and also serve as a healthy alternative in classic American flavors.
Co-Founder and Executive Director, JSM Corporation, Jay Singh was quoted by ANI as saying: “We are introducing this menu especially for food enthusiasts who relish vegetarian food and usually miss out on options in most meat-centric restaurants. An all green menu can also have a plethora of variety which is exactly what we are keen to portray on our plates.”
“We have a long delectable slate with scrumptious flavors that will leave our vegetarian patrons wanting more. This will also be a great opportunity for people looking to switch to greens this season. My favorites are the perfectly crafted vegetarian cocktails and we at Hard Rock Cafe are extremely excited to be presenting the #BeEdgyGoVeggiefestival to our guests,” he was further quoted by ANI as saying.
