Electronics retailer Croma has launched the ‘Spills and Drops Protection plan’ in collaboration with gadget and electronic device protection company OnsiteGo. The e will be available at all it’s stores across the country.
The plan is available for laptops, cameras, phones and tablets. It has been designed to ensure a hassle free ownership experience for the customer. Any damage (physical or liquid) to the gadgets in the first 12 months of ownership will be taken care of by OnsiteGo. The damaged gadget is picked, serviced and delivered at no extra cost to the customer.
The Spills and Drops Protection plan boasts of comprehensive damage protection features like cover for any repairs caused by physical damage or liquid or moisture logging. A boon for users who worry about broken, cracked or shattered screens, it provides a cover for each of these.
“Damage protection plans for digital products is part of the overall plan to provide the customers with a bouquet of value added services, Avijit Mitra, CEO, Infiniti Retail said.

Croma, at present, has around 90 operational stores in top seven cities and plans to invest Rs 2 crore in every new store
