Pepperfry launches Studio Pepperfry in Delhi, to open 10 more by year-end

Pepperfry.com, India’s No.1 Furniture and Home marketplace on Wednesday unveiled the 10th Studio Pepperfry at Kirti Nagar in Delhi.
This studio has been conceived as an experience center for customers in Delhi who can seek design inspiration and benefit from the complimentary interior design consultancy extended by the experts.
The 3100 sq. ft. studio showcases a curated range of furniture designs from Pepperfry’s online portfolio.

Studio Pepperfry’s Delhi launch is a step towards fulfilling Pepperfry’s mission to help 20 million customers create beautiful homes by 2020.

Talking at the launch COO and Founder, Pepperfry, Ashish Shah, said, “We have opened this Studio for customers to familiarize themselves with our furniture range and get an idea of various finishes and types of furniture available on Pepperfry. Delhi is one of our key markets and the launch of the Studio is another step towards building trust with customers and engage with them to provide a great shopping experience.”
Elaborating further on the concept of the Studio he said, “The Studios are not sales point for the brand. They are great customer interaction points where, as category leaders, our goal is to help them by providing complimentary advisory related to interior design and empower them to make the right decisions to build beautiful homes.”

Pepperfry has received overwhelming response from customers on this concept and is expanding its network of studios. The company plans to open 10 more Studios across key metros in the country by the end of 2016.
The company was founded in 2012 by Shah and Ambareesh Murty.
It is backed by Goldman Sachs, Zodius Technology Fund, Bertelsmann India Investment and Norwest Ventures, Pepperfry has raised $128 million across three rounds of funding.
In the online furniture segment, the company competes with Sequoia-backed Urban Ladder Home Décor Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
