Mehaboob MA is the Managing Director of Secura Investment Management (India) Pvt Ltd, the first SEBI registered Shariah certified venture capital fund in India. He is also the Promoter and Managing Director of HiLITE Builders Private Limited, the foremost developer of premium lifestyle and business spaces.
He has more than 14 years’ experience in real estate and has been instrumental in conceptualising and executing the Focus Mall, the first mall in Kerala.
Mehaboob MA was a practicing company secretary for seven years and the past Chairman of the Calicut Chapter of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is executive committee member of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) Kerala and Hon. Secretary of The Malabar Chamber of Commerce.
He is also promoter of Advenir Centre for Management Research and Consultancy Pvt. Ltd, Hi LITE Realtors (India) LLP, Hi LITE Food Courts & Entertainment Pvt. Ltd etc.
He had earlier associated with Feroke Boards Ltd, one of the leading plywood manufacturing units in Kerala, as its Director.
Mehaboob MA is a B.Com graduate from University of Calicut and a fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
