Jabong has hired Ranjan Kant as its Chief Marketing Officer. Kant was earlier employed with Snapdeal as Head of Strategy.
After spending seven years at The Boston Consulting Group, which he joined in 2006 (mostly in Retail, Technology, Telecommunications & Financial Services), Kant joined Republic Holdings as MD to spearhead their Carpets export & Furniture Retail businesses alongwith other VC interests.
Subsequently, he joined Snapdeal as Head of Strategy. Besides configuring the strategic blueprint at Snapdeal, he focused extensively on setting up operations and advanced planning systems driven through NPS & profitability metrics.
At Jabong, his primary focus is on Seller Development, Customer Experience & Supply Chain Operations.
Ranjan did his BTech and MTech from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur & his MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
