Flair to launch ad for new pens under brand ambassador Hrithik

Leading pen manufacturer Flair is launching a series of new pens backed by a high visibility publicity campaign featuring its recently appointed brand ambassador Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan.
“Hrithik would be a big brand differentiator and help Flair Pens increase product awareness and add new customers,” Chairman, Flair, KJ Rathod said.
He said Flair, which is celebrating its golden jubilee, proposes to launch many new pens with unique features that enhance consumer experience.
As brand ambassador, Hrithik will be the face of a high visibility publicity campaign being launched to market a a series of new pens, the release said.
“Flair has an installed capacity of 5 million pens per day and the products are sold in India through a strong distribution network of 4,000 distributors and 2,45,000 retailers,” Rathod said.
In financial year ended March 2016, the Indian pen industry was valued at about Rs 4,600 crores which includes exports of about US$ 220 million. The USA and South American countries are a big market for Indian pens.
