Starbucks' mood campaign for Indian customers

Starbucks has launched a campaign specially for its Indian consumers. The coffee chain is asking customers to personalize their brew according to their mood.
“Let your mood decide your beverage.Personalise your beverage, share it & get free customisations #MyMood#MyStarbucks”: read the Tweet by the company’s official ID.
The interactive campaign #MyMood#MyStarbucks lets consumers share their mood and the beverage which best suits that mood to the Starbucks community board. Customers who complete the exercise get two free customizations on their next visit. Coffee lovers can write posts or even click selfies that signify their mood and post it on Twitter with the hashtag #MyMood#MyStarbucks.
The campaign – conceptualised by creative agency Mullen Lintas and shot by photographer Atul Kasbekar – was launched both in stores as well as online. Some of the mood drinks that the company has introduced with the campaign include Double Tall Carmel Mocha No whip, Triple Venti Hazelnut Cocoa Cappuccino and Double Chocolate Chip Frappuccino with Vanilla.
A joint venture of Tata Global Beverages Ltd and Starbucks Corp., Starbucks runs 82 stores in India across six cities.
